Complex Trauma-Informed Contract Therapist

Location: Remote & In-Person (Ohio & Nevada)
Pay Range: $50 - $80 per client session

*Dependent on Licensure Level

Contract Position

Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated Trauma-Informed Therapists to join our growing team! Our nonprofit is committed to providing complex trauma-informed mental health services to justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities.

As a contract therapist, you will play a vital role in supporting clients through evidence-based, holistic, and culturally responsive care. We are looking for clinicians who are committed to social justice, equity, and empowering individuals on their healing journey.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Provide individual, youth, family, relationship, and/or group therapy utilizing trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.
✅ Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
✅ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
✅ Collaborate with community partners, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
✅ Participate in periodic case reviews and peer consultation meetings.

Qualifications:

✔ Master’s degree or higher in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
✔ Active independent license or licensure eligibility in Ohio and/or Nevada (LMFT, IMFT, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW).
✔ Experience working with justice-impacted individuals, families, and those affected by complex trauma.
✔ Training or certification in trauma-focused modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, Somatic, EMDR, NARM, FFT, DBT, or ACT) preferred.
✔ Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
✔ Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.

Trauma-Informed Contract Behavioral Health Care Manager

Location: Remote & In-Person (Ohio & Nevada)
Pay Range: $20 - $30 per hour

Contract Position

Flexible Schedule | Mission-Driven Work

Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc. is seeking Trauma-Informed Contract Behavioral Health Care Managers (TI-CBHCM) to join our dedicated team! Our nonprofit is committed to providing holistic, trauma-informed services to justice-impacted individuals, youth, families, and communities. The TI-CBHCM's will play a key role in coordinating care, advocating for clients, and connecting them to critical resources to support their healing and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Conduct client intakes, assessments, and develop individualized service plans.
✅ Provide case management services for justice-impacted individuals and families, ensuring access to mental health, housing, employment, and legal resources.
✅ Collaborate with mental health providers, social service agencies, and community partners.
✅ Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting plans as needed.
✅ Advocate for clients in navigating legal, healthcare, and social service systems.
✅ Maintain accurate and timely case documentation following ethical guidelines.
✅ Facilitate support groups, workshops, and community outreach programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Human Services, or a related field
Experience working with justice-involved individuals, trauma survivors, or marginalized communities.
✔ Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles and social service resources.
✔ Strong interpersonal, organizational, and crisis intervention skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
✔ Familiarity with case management software and documentation best practices.
Preferred: Licensed Social Worker (LSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Certified Case Manager (CCM), Accredited Case Manager (ACM), Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP; QMHP-E, QMHP-C), or similar credentials in Ohio and/or Nevada.

Master-Level Clinical Interns

Stipend: $15-$20 Per Session

Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc. is seeking passionate and motivated Master-Level Clinical Interns to join our dynamic team! Our nonprofit provides trauma-informed mental health services to justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities. This internship offers a rich, hands-on learning experience in clinical mental health settings, with opportunities to develop professional competencies under experienced licensed clinicians.

What You’ll Gain:

Direct Clinical Experience – Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy under supervision.
Trauma-Informed Training – Learn evidence-based interventions for working with complex trauma.
Supervised Hours – Obtain clinical supervision to meet degree/licensure requirements.
