About the Workshop

Reuniting Lives and Rebuilding Hearts is a virtual workshop series designed to provide trauma-informed support for adults (18+) impacted by the justice system. This four-part program focuses on addressing trauma, rebuilding relationships, and empowering participants to reconnect with their families and communities.

Through interactive discussions, breakout groups, and practical tools, this series offers a safe space to heal, grow, and rebuild meaningful connections—all from the comfort of your own home.

Workshop Details

When:

• Bi-weekly Saturday sessions starting March 1, 2025 - April 12th, 2025 from 10:00 am - 11:30 am EST
• Each session is 1.5 hours

Where:

• Virtual on Zoom

Who Should Attend:

• Adults (18+) impacted by the justice system who want to gain tools and strategies for personal growth and reconnection.

Session Themes

1. Acknowledging the Past, Embracing the Future

   • Explore the impact of trauma on your life and relationships and learn how understanding it can pave the way for growth.

2. Rebuilding Connections Through Understanding

   • Develop emotional awareness and communication skills to strengthen bonds and foster meaningful relationships.

3. Turning Challenges into Opportunities for Growth

   • Discover strategies to rebuild trust, set boundaries, and transform challenges into opportunities for healing.

4. Creating a Foundation for the Future

   • Develop a personalized roadmap to sustain growth, strengthen relationships, and move forward with purpose and confidence.
