Hope, Love, And Dream, Inc.

Service Model & Regulatory Status

Our Services

Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc. (HLD, Inc.) provides trauma-informed mental health and supportive services for individuals, children, youth, and families across Ohio. Our work centers on healing, stability, and strengthening family and community systems through culturally responsive, evidence-informed, and relational approaches.

Current Service Model

HLD, Inc. currently operates as a private mental health services provider in accordance with State of Ohio laws and regulations. Services are delivered by licensed and supervised mental health professionals and emphasize ethical practice, consumer choice, and family-centered care.

Current services include:

  • Mental health assessment and clinical support delivered under a private provider structure

  • Trauma-informed individual, family, and relational therapy

  • Psychoeducation, prevention, and supportive services

  • Care coordination and referrals to certified community-based providers

Planned Community-Based Behavioral Health Services (CBHS)

As part of our organizational growth and commitment to strengthening Ohio’s behavioral health system, HLD, Inc. is intentionally planning a transition to a Community Behavioral Health Services (CBHS) model.

Planned services (in development) include:

  • Community-based behavioral health treatment services

  • Supplemental behavioral health services aligned with the ADAMH system of care

  • Integrated family-, youth-, and justice-impacted population programming

  • Prevention, early intervention, and recovery-oriented supports

These services are planned and contingent upon CBHS certification and applicable approvals. HLD, Inc. does not currently operate as a certified CBHS provider

Planned National Accreditation (CARF)

In addition to pursuing CBHS certification, HLD, Inc. plans to seek national accreditation through the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) as part of a long-term quality, accountability, and systems-integration strategy.

CARF accreditation is widely recognized across behavioral health, human services, and payer systems as a marker of excellence, person-centered care, and continuous quality improvement. Pursuing CARF accreditation will further strengthen HLD, Inc.’s infrastructure, clinical governance, and outcomes measurement.

Accreditation activities will be pursued in alignment with organizational readiness and regulatory approvals and are intended to complement—not replace—state certification requirements, including CBHS.

Commitment to Transparency and Access

HLD, Inc. is committed to clear, ethical communication and ensuring individuals seeking care understand the scope and availability of services. When CBHS-certified or ADAMH-funded services are appropriate, we prioritize collaboration and referral to certified providers to support continuity of care.
