Hope, Love, and Dream, Inc. is seeking passionate and dedicated Trauma-Informed Therapists to join our growing team! Our nonprofit is committed to providing complex trauma-informed mental health services to justice-impacted individuals, families, and communities.
Location: Remote & In-Person (Ohio & Nevada)
Pay Range: $40 – $70 per client session
*Dependent on Licensure Level
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, youth, family, relationship, and/or group therapy utilizing trauma-informed, evidence-based approaches.
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to client needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Take a self-driven approach to building and maintaining a caseload, including outreach, community engagement, and marketing
- Collaborate with community partners, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Participate in periodic case reviews and peer consultation meetings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Active independent license or licensure eligibility in Ohio and/or Nevada (LMFT/IMFT, LPC/LPCC, LSW/ LCSW).
- Experience working with justice/system-impacted individuals, youth, families, and those affected by complex trauma.
- Self -driven and motivated
- Training or certification in trauma-focused modalities (e.g., TF-CBT, Somatic, EMDR, NARM, FFT, DBT, or ACT) preferred.
- Strong cultural competency and ability to work with diverse populations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a supportive team.
